Regular price €30.00

The Irish Georgian Society Bulletins have been published since the founding of the Irish Georgian Society in 1958. They contain original research on all aspects of post-medieval Irish architecture and the visual and decorative arts, to include such diverse studies as: the iconography of Castletown House's Long Gallery; the work of the stuccoists Lafranchini in Ireland; and old Irish wallpapers. The early issues of the Bulletins included progress reports on the preservation work undertaken by the Society, as well as the annual calendar of activities. From 1973 this information has been published in a separate newsletter with the Bulletins being reserved entirely for academic research.
The Bulletins have been replaced by the annual Journal (Irish Architectural and Decorative Studies - Journal of the Irish Georgian Society) since 1998. Due to the rarity of the original Bulletins the Irish Georgian Society has scanned the entire collection and for the first time all 113 volumes of the Bulletins from 1958 to 1997 are available in electronic format.
